Reach out

Finding the right therapist is important but it can also be overwhelming. Sometimes we know we need help but not what would be helpful, or what the right approach would be. I encourage you to take a chance and reach out to see if we might be a good fit by reaching out by e-mail to schedule a (no-cost) 10-15 minute phone call to talk about your interest in therapy and to answer and questions you might have. You may want to provide a little background information about why you're reaching out, raise any insurance or scheduling needs, and mention how you'd like to be contacted. If we feel like working together might be a good fit, we can then move to schedule an initial session. Iā€™m also happy to help with referrals.
